From 18-19.04.2024 the conference on the use of encrypted communication in criminal proceedings will be held in Belgrade, in which the representatives of the Supreme Public Prosecution Office, public prosecution offices of special jurisdiction and higher public prosecution offices will participate, together with other representatives of the judiciary. The conference will bring together legal experts - prosecutors and judges from Serbia and the region, as well as from the countries of the European Union and the USA, who will present their experiences and legal standards in their countries. The conference is organized by the Council of Europe, the OSCE Mission to the Republic of Serbia and the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, with the support of the European Union.
